Dealer Party Supply, Inc sells wholesale only. You will need a valid resale certificate on file in order to purchase from us.

MINIMUM ORDERS
There are no minimum orders. You can order in full case quantities or you may break the case and order by package.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form (PDF format). Open accounts are available depending upon the business size and volume. Please ask for more information.

FREIGHT
All shipments are made by UPS, ONTRAC or common carrier. Please ask for your freight cost, as it will vary by area. We do NOT ship outside the continental United States.

We offer same day shipment and One day service to all of California. 1 (one) day service is available to the majority of Oregon and Washington, as well as portions of Nevada, including Reno and Las Vegas, and Arizona. DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
All damages and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please note all damages on carrier receipt.

RETURNS
We do not guarantee sales or credit unsold merchandise. Return of merchandise will not be credited without our written approval. Customer must prepay all transportation charges on returns. Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.

BACKORDERS
Dealer Party Supply will honor backorders unless otherwise requested.
