Terms of Sale:
Orders cannot be cancelled or
changed once we have placed the order, which normally is first thing the morning
after you order. If you need to make a change, please call 800-873-3325 ASAP and
we will check to see if we can make your changes.
In the case of an item not being
available, we will call or e-mail you right away to let you know, and find out
if you would like the item on backorder or cancelled.
Ownership of the items ordered
transfers to you when given to the freight carrier. We take no responsibility
for shipments delayed or not delivered and will assist in filing a claim to the
best of our ability.
We hope that you are happy with
your purchase. If for any reason, you are unhappy, we will gladly accept the
return of the merchandise and refund the cost of the merchandise, less a 30%
restocking charge. You are responsible for paying the freight back to us.
We cannot refund shipping
charges. All returns must be full case. Partial case returns, or open package
returns are not allowed. Refused orders will also incur a 30% restocking charge.
All returns must take place within
14 days from the date you received your order, and must be in original saleable
condition. Partial case returns are not allowed.
All case shipments are sent by Fed Ex Ground, or by truck for larger orders. Fed Ex Ground orders will arrive from 1 to 5 working days after shipping. (See map below). Orders cannot be sent to a PO Box.. Orders are shipped within 3 working days from the Warehouse in Joliet Illinois. Items ordered by package are shipped from Sacramento, CA. Please call to confirm delivery date on these items as the shipping chart does not apply to items by package.
There is a $10
minimum shipping charge for orders under $100. For orders over $100 and under
$600.00, the shipping charge is 10% of the order value,
rounded up to the nearest dollar, ie a $13.51 freight charge will round
to $14.00, etc. Orders $600 or more are shipped Freight Free
We only ship to the Continental
United States, and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. For shipments to Hawaii and
Alaska, please call us at 800-873-3325 for more information.
We accept Visa, Master Card,
American Express and Discover as well as Echecks.
Payments are processed through
PayPal's Secure payment portal with 256 Bit encryption for the security of your
financial information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to
complete a purchase.
