Dealer Party Supply, is located in the Sacramento, CA area, and is committed to delivering outstanding quality products in a timely manner, at competitive prices, while providing outstanding customer service.

Dealer Party Supply is family owned and run by Jeff, Wayne and Deloris Glasnap. We purchased a Taylor Rental store in 1982 and turned it into all Party Rental store a couple of years later.

We started Dealer Party Supply in 1988 because there was no one on the West Coast supplying the Party Rental industry and we were tired of having to wait 2 weeks for our shipments, and having to pay a huge freight bill.

We sold our Rental store and moved into our current building in 1997.

We sell wholesale party supplies, and have the largest selection (38 colors) of solid color tableware products. We specialize in sales to Party Rental stores. Having owned a Party Rental store, we are totally familiar with how your business works. We have the experience to help you, by making disposable party supplies a profitable part of your business, without tying up a lot of money.

We want to be your partner, and help you grow. We do so by not stocking you up with excess merchandise in the back room that you don’t need. We recommend what we feel will sell best for you.

We have NO MINIMUM ORDER and we BREAK CASES. You don’t have to order minimums from the manufacturers, and/or wait 2 weeks for your products. We will have your products there quickly, (1 – 2 days in most cases), and at a good price. We call if we are out of stock, or if there is a delay, so you don’t get surprised.

We offer same day shipping. If you order by 2pm, your order will ship the same day. We offer one day shipping to 5 different states depending on location, and most other areas, are only 2 days by UPS.
